• All of our gift vouchers have a unique voucher number
• An original voucher must be presented on check-in
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable
• Vouchers are valid for 60 months from the date of issue depending on the voucher type
• Redemption of vouchers is strictly subject to availability
• You must notify the reservations team on making your booking that you are in possession of a gift voucher

CYBER SALE VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Extra value vouchers purchased during Cyber Sale dates (2nd December to 21st December) cannot be combined with any other room offers or promotions, including Cyber Sale Accommodation deals.
• It cannot be used toward Conferences, Events, Weddings, or discounted wedding bedrooms.
• A maximum of two vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
• Voucher details must be provided at the time of booking.
• Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Not redeemable for cash.
