Martin Mizgajski – Leisure Centre Manager
Martin started life at the Brandon House as a member of the Leisure Centre. Almost ten years ago he joined the team and is now the Centre Manager.
“My sporting background is in Triathlon. I was a full time athlete and for the last few years I am competing in cycling at an international level. I am the current Polish National Champion. 2016 is a big year for me - I am part of the Irish Olympic Team and I am working towards qualification for the Rio Olympic Games as an Irish Citizen. My favourite colours are orange and green.
Linda Kelly – Leisure Centre Supervisor
Linda joined the team in September 2013 while studying Exercise & Health science in WIT. Qualified Group fitness instructor, PT, Swim Teacher and Lifeguard.
I teach a range of fitness classes mainly Spinning and Master Swim. Huge Passion for Triathlon and cycling. I have completed sprint, Olympic and half Ironman distance triathlons. I am now cycling only doing open road races and time trials. Recently I received two Leinster medals Hill Climb and Leinster Time Trial in cycling. I will be also part of Ras Na Mban 6 stage race 2021 and National Time Trials in September. Martin has been coaching me triathlon and cycling for the last 3 years.
James Hackett– Leisure Centre Supervisor
James joined the team in 2019
James is a qualified swimming instructor and a lifeguard. James is currently studying Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy in IT Carlow. James plays hurling and football for Rathgarogue Cushinstown and loves long walks on the beach.
Stephanie Reddy– Leisure Centre Attendant
Stephanie joined the Brandon House Leisure Centre team in 2018.
She is a Qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor, Swim Teacher, Lifeguard, has a Range of Fitness Class Qualifications and has completed a Social Media Business Course, we all reply on her to ensure all the First Aid Boxes Stephanie has a passion for Weightlifting and has completed an Intense Physique Competition Prep and Photoshoot also enjoys Pole Dancing, Boxing and Self Defence.
Caroline Butler Hallissey– Leisure Centre Attendant
Caroline joined the team in 2018.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Science and is a lifeguard, swimming teacher and fitness instructor. Her hobbies include Camogie and Gaelic Football, in her spare time she also likes fishing for mackerel.
Roisin Connick– Leisure Centre Attendant
Roisin has only recently joined the team here at the Brandon House Leisure Centre.
Roisin is working part time while continuing into her final year of college in NUIG. Roisin joined us as a lifeguard and has expanded her interest for swimming by becoming a swimming teacher. In that short period of time; she has taken on the role of teaching both private and group swimming lessons and is soon to be the new aqua aerobics teacher.
