We offer a range of classes to suit all tastes. Classes are a great way to enjoy exercise with other people – perhaps come along with a friend. Our instructors are very experienced and get the most out of each client in these classes. Class Timetables change throughout the year.
Weight Loss Boot Camp
10 Week Swimming Lesson accredited with Irelands NGB, Swim Ireland.
Semi Private Groups (Max 5 kids, 45mins lesson available Saturdays & Sundays)
1-to-1 Private Swim Lessons (30mins)
One on one personal training sessions are available.
With all memberships you will get a complimentary gym programme. This will be updated regularly to ensure you continue to get the most out of every visit and reach your goals.
As well as a gym programme our instructors can work with you on a nutritional programme.
