1. Reservations

Your room is reserved from 3p.m. on the arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking; all non-guaranteed rooms will be released three days prior to arrival.
You can guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival (Payment can be made by debit / credit card or cheque.

The Brandon House Hotel must receive all cheques at least five (5) working days before the arrival date.
The Brandon House Hotel regret that if a cheque is received late or dishonoured it will not guarantee a booking made.

2. Payment

The Brandon House Hotel accepts payment by cash, cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Diners Club, Laser and Maestro)

3. Room prices

Room prices are per person, per night and are inclusive of VAT at 13.5%. Meals are not included in the room price.

The Brandon House Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices at anytime. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay at The Brandon House Hotel.

Although The Brandon House Hotel aims to inform you before it makes price increases, The Brandon House Hotel reserves the right to charge the room price current on the arrival date or you may cancel the reservation without charge.

For guaranteed reservations, if the price has increased by the time you stay at The Brandon House Hotel, you will be entitled (even if you arrive after 3pm) to cancel your reservation without charge and with a full refund if you have already paid.
